• Full payment is done before rendering service.
• No casual for brides.
• Tying ashoke or sego is not part of casual or semi-bridal.
• Casual clients should kindly come alone (no escort).
• Brides may bring one escort.
• At the end of each session, photographs and videos will be taken. These may be used on the Brand's social media platforms. This is totally optional and can be accepted or declined during bookings.
• Anything damaged by a client or client's escort, the client will take full responsibility to repair or replace the damaged item.
• Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance. Failure attracts a ₦5,000 charge.
• Cancellations are preferred 5 days prior to booked date and no less than 48 hours before scheduled appointment.
• Kindly note you will lose your deposit when you cancel your appointment.
• Late coming without prior notice for more than 20 minutes (grace period) attracts an extra ₦5,000 for each 30 minutes.
• If the makeup artist cancels at any time, 100% of deposit paid will be refunded.
• Changing of outfit attracts an extra ₦5,000 per outfit.
